In this episode, I sit down with my younger sister and we talk about how mental health impacts a family unit. We dive into her experience at home while I was at McLean, the differences she saw in me and the family, and the skills that she learned as well! We talk about the difficult spot you get put in when someone close to you is struggling but it's not your story to share. She also gives advice about finding someone to talk to.

About She Persisted (formerly Nevertheless, She Persisted)
